About Grace

Hi, I’m Grace—a counsellor based in Melbourne. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, and questions of identity or self-worth.

What draws me to this work is the power of being seen, heard, and understood. I believe therapy can be a space where things begin to make sense, where your thoughts and feelings aren’t judged or fixed, but explored with care.

I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor of Psychology from Santa Clara University in the U.S. I’m a Registered Clinical Member with PACFA and listed on the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (ARCAP). I’m also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the United States, with experience in both EAP and private practice settings in Melbourne and Chicago.

Originally from the U.S., I’ve now made Melbourne home. My aim is to bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy, shaped by both my professional training and my lived experience of adjusting to life across two cultures. I draw on humanistic, trauma‑informed, and strengths‑based approaches, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, solution‑focused techniques, and somatic skills. My goal is to tailor sessions to what feels most supportive for you.

Counselling with me is a great fit if:

  • You want support that’s thoughtful and non-judgemental, without being labelled or pathologized

  • You’re feeling lost and want more clarity about your values and what’s important to you

  • You’re struggling with discomfort around making changes but want to live more in line with the life you imagine for yourself

  • You’re going through a life transition and just want to talk it through with someone who gets it

  • You’ve tried more structured therapy before and want something more human and fluid

  • You value consistency and a supportive therapeutic relationship
